Who We Are

Hye Nurses Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency dedicated to providing the best home care possible. Our program is put together in a comprehensive manner to meet the individual needs of each patient in their own home. The services offered include but are not limited to Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Home Health Aides, Speech and Occupational Therapy and Medical Social Services. These services can be provided if you are recuperating from surgery either planned or unexpected or coping with a long term health need. Hye Nurses Home Health can provide assistance with skilled care as well as everyday activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and bathing.    

Our nurses have been through an extensive screening process and are required to pass background and reference checks. All employees undergo competency testing that addresses their documentation and clinical skills. Our goal is to bring high quality treatments and therapy to the convenience of the patient’s home and we strive to make sure each patient is satisfied with our care. We will not rest until you are happy!

Home Health care can dramatically and positively impact quality of life. The main goal is to allow the patient to receive quality nursing services at the convenience of their own home, avoiding the nursing home setting and hospital if possible. 

Who Pays For Home Health Care? 

Medicare, Medi-Cal, PPO Health Insurance Plans, and Private Payers.
Each case is treated individually; however, we strive to achieve the best care possible while minimizing the out-of-pocket charges to our patients.
With Medicare and Medi-Cal plans there is almost never an out-of-pocket charge for the patient.
